Mrs. Noe, 87, Dies; Owned Bakery Shop Mrs. Mary Noe, 87, of 18 Eckert who formerly operated bakery shop for 31 years, died Thursday in Sisters Hospital after a brief illness. Mrs. Noe and her husband, Otto Noe, were in the bakery business at 237 Ontario St.
from 1895 until 1926. Her husband died in 1932. Mrs. Noe was lifelong Butfalo resident. She was a ber of All Saints Church Altar and Rosary Society, the Christian Mothers Sodality, the Ladies Christian! Benevolent Assn.

Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Town of Tonawanda. John C. Wienand John C. Wienand, 79, of 728 Perry a Buffalo, patrolman for 35 years, died Thursday in Buffalo General Hospital.
Mr. Wienand, who retired in May, 1953, was appointed a patrolman April 15, 1917. He resigned from the force a week later to return to his boilermaker trade, then was reappointed a patrolman 11, 1918. He served at Broadway and Franklin St. stations.
His only survivor is a brother, former Police Lieut. Charles F. Wienand, who retired in 1956. He was a member of the Erie Club and Buffalo Lodge 846, which will conduct Masonic services at 3 Sunday afternoon at the Oscar Witte Funeral Home, 1294 Fillmore Ave. Funeral services will be at 2 Monday afternoon at the funeral home, followed by burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
